‘’TMW OUTDOOR ENTERPRISES LIMITED T/A BOUNCELAND ‘’ would like to reassure you that all our units are manufactured and fully comply with EU Standard EN14960-2019. We are insured and we hold a valid safety certificate for all our units.

What kind of sockets do you need for a bouncy castle?

All of our inflatables and fun food machines use a normal 13amp household socket. We don't recommend the use of extension leads, and we bring long leads to help avoid the use of extension leads.

What to do in preparation for delivery of a bouncy castle?

Please make sure that the area is free from garden toys, swing sets, gardening equipment, furniture and please make sure there are no sharp objects including stones in the area that the inflatable is being set up. Please also make sure the area is free of rubbish and pet excrement. Please make sure to do all of these things before our team arrives, as they will be on a schedule and won't have time to wait 10-15 minutes for these tasks to be carried out, especially in the busy periods.

Can the inflatable be set up on gravel or concrete?

We cannot set up inflatables on any surface other than grass.

We have steps leading up/down to our grass area, can you still set up there?

Generally no, we use trolleys to move the inflatables and these are not step friendly. Inflatables are often bulkier and heavier than people realise and so for the safety our team, it is not possible to use steps to access the space. If you have only one or two low steps, please email us your query with a photo of the steps and we will assess the image and let you know if it is possible or not.

Can you bring a large slide or obstacle course through a narrow side gate?

There is a 'size' tab on each of our inflatable listings on our website and on the bottom of that page it gives an approximate 'required access width', that figure is the minimum width required for that specific inflatable to fit through when it is rolled up on our trolley. If you are unsure, please measure the width of your access point and send the measurements along with a photo by email to info@bouncelandinflatables.ie and we will assess it for you, please also include the inflatable you are interested in hiring in the email too.

How much space is required?

The size of our inflatable is listed on each product page on our website, it is your responsibility to measure the space you have to ensure the inflatable will fit safely in your garden. You will need 4 feet at the entry / exit of the inflatable and 3 feet all round.

Do you hire inflatables indoors / in venues?

No.

Can you take castles through the house to set up in a back garden with no street access/side entrance?

Ideally, the answer is no, not really, a lot of the bouncy castles and in particular the obstacle courses and large slides will not fit through your front door/interior doors of the house. The other issue is that if the castle gets wet during the hire, when its rolled back up and loaded on to the trolley, the rain water trapped inside the castle, starts to drip out, on your floors and carpets. If you don't have a side gate /street access, please contact us to discuss your options.
